个体化综合护理干预对ICU患者深静脉血栓的预防效果

Preventive effect of individualized comprehensive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients

目的:探讨个体化综合护理干预对ICU患者深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法:106例ICU患者随机平均分为对照组和实验组,每组53例。对照组患者接受一般护理,实验组患者在此基础上接受个体化综合护理干预,比较两组患者在接受护理后的深静脉血栓形成的预防有效率。结果:观察组患者深静脉血栓形成预防有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化综合护理干预能够有效强化ICU患者深静脉血栓预防效果。

Objective:To study the preventive effect of individualized nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients Methods:106 ICU patients admitted to A hospital were selected as research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general care,and patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on this basis,and the prevention efficiency of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after receiving care was compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of lower extremity DVT prevention in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively strengthen the prevention effect of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity in ICU patients.
