摘要 目的:探讨Mini-CEX结合CBL教学法在骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年-2019年在某医院骨科实习的97名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组;对照组护生采用传统临床带教法,研究组护生在此基础上运用Mini-CEX结合CBL教学法。出科时对比分析两组护生总体表现、理论和临床综合技能,通过调查问卷收集护生对临床带教的满意度。结果:研究组护生总体表现之"病史询问、体格检查、人文关怀"等八个方面评分显著优于对照组,理论和临床综合技能得分均明显高于对照组,且对临床带教常满意度远高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科护理带教中应用Mini-CEX结合CBL教学法可有效提高实习护生总体临床表现、有助于理论知识的掌握,同时大大提高了护生满意度。 Objective:To study the application of Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of orthopedics department.Methods:97 practice nursing students from the 2018-2019 to the orthopedics department in a hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the research group.Traditional clinical teaching method was adopted to the control group,based on which Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching method was conducted in the research group used.The general performance,theory and clinical comprehensive skills of the two groups were compared and analyzed when leaving the hospital,and the satisfaction of nursing students to clinical teaching was collected by questionnaires.Results:The overall performance of nursing students in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group in eight aspects including medical history inquiry,physical examination and humanistic care,the scores of theoretical and clinical comprehensive skills were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of clinical teaching was much higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of orthopedics department may effectively improve nursing students'overall performance and satisfaction,as well as helpful for grasp of theoretical knowledge.
