儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜健康教育的护理干预效果

Health education model of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children

目的:探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的健康教育形式、内容及干预效果。方法:对医院接收的80例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿进行观察,随机分为参照组和实验组,分别给予常规基础护理、针对性健康教育,对比两组患儿干预效果。结果:实验组治疗依从性、护理满意度均高于参照组,且疾病复发率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿及监护人给予针对性健康教育对提高患儿治疗依从性、降低相关并发症的发生、改善患儿预后具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the health education forms,contents and intervention effects of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)in Children.Methods:80 cases of ITP children received in hospital were observed,randomly divided the children into the reference group and the experimental group,who were given routine basic nursing and targeted health education respectively,the intervention effect was compared of the two groups.Results:The compliance of treatment and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than the reference group,and the recurrence rate,was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted health education in ITP children and their guardian can improve the treatment compliance of chidren,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and it has great significance to improve the prognosis of children.
