预见性护理在小儿推注化疗药物血管皮肤保护中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in skin protection of children by pushing chemotherapy drugs

目的:探讨预见性护理在小儿推注化疗药物的血管皮肤保护中的应用效果。方法:150例急性淋巴性白血病患儿通过随机数表法将其分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例)。对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿在此基础上采用预见性护理,比较两组患儿推注化疗药物中的并发症的发生率及患儿家属满意度之间的差异。结果:观察组患儿化疗药物外渗、静脉炎及总体并发症的发生率均低于对照组,家属对静脉应用化疗药物护理工作的满意度评分高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理能有效降低急性淋巴性白血病患儿在推注化疗药物过程中的并发症发生风险,有效地保护患儿血管皮肤,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the vascular skin protection of children injected with chemotherapy drugs.Methods:150 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were randomly divided into observation group(75 cases)and control group(75 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing on this basis.The incidence of complications and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of extravasation of chemotherapy drugs,phlebitis and overall complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction score of family members on nursing work of intravenous application of chemotherapy drugs was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the risk of complications of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the process of injecting chemotherapy drugs,effectively protect the vascular skin of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
