针对性护理在乳腺癌PICC置管中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in breast cancer with PICC catheterization

目的:探讨乳腺癌术后化疗行经外周穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者实施针对性护理的效果。方法:选取医院收治的62例乳腺癌术后化疗行PICC置管患者,以随机数表法分对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用针对性护理。比较两组患者生活质量与并发症情况。结果:干预后观察组患者的SF-36量表分值高对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将针对性护理用于乳腺癌术后化疗患者行PICC置管过程中可提升患者生活质量,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:62 breast cancer patients with PICC during postoperative chemotherapy in the hospital,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given targeted nursing based on control group.The living quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SF-36 in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing in breast cancer patients with PICC during postoperative chemotherapy can increase living quality of patients and reduce complications.
