三维圆筒织物织机自动控制系统研究

摘要 三维圆筒织物跟传统针织、编织物比具有更高的强度和刚度。以高性能的碳纤维作织造原料,应用前景更广阔。但目前三维圆筒织物织机大多停留在半自动化阶段,生产效率低,而且织造的圆筒织物层数少,性能和结构存在不足,不能满足市场上对筒径、壁厚更大尺寸的需求。因此,较复杂的多层三维圆筒织物的织机自动控制系统具有较大研究价值。本文根据大筒径多层圆筒织物市场需求,提出圆形轨道引纬方法。三维圆筒织物织机自动控制系统以PLC为控制器,对上位机端、引纬端及通信端进行控制,并通过传感器感应引纬珠位置,完成连续织造。 Compared with traditional knitted and knitted fabrics, three-dimensional cylinder fabrics have higher strength and stiffness. Using high performance carbon fibers as weaving materials, the application prospects are broader. However, at present, most of the three-dimensional cylinder looms are still in the semi automation stage, with low production efficiency, few layers of woven cylinder fabrics and insufficient performance and structure, which can not meet the market demand for larger cylinder diameter and cylinder wall thickness. Therefore, the complex automatic control system of multi-layer three-dimensional cylinder fabric loom has great research value. According to the market demand of large diameter multi-layer cylindrical fabric, the weft insertion method of circular track is put forward in this paper. The automatic control system of three-dimensional cylinder fabric loom takes PLC as the controller to control the upper machine end, weft insertion end and communication end, and to realize continuous weaving by sensor induction shuttle position.
