改进AHP-模糊评价法的采空区高速公路路线比选

Routine Scheme Comparison of Coal Goaf Expressway Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Method

可供利用的土地越来越少,高速公路等重大基础设施的修建必须穿越煤矿采空区,选取一条技术经济合理的高速公路路线方案成为一个重要的问题。根据采空区高速公路选线原则,分析建立了采空区高速公路路线比选综合评价模型。提出将改进AHP法与多层次模糊综合评价法有机结合,运用在采空区高速公路路线方案比选中,利用改进AHP法确定各要素的权重系数,再运用多层次模糊综合评价法对路线比选方案进行综合性评价,计算其综合评价值,评价值越大路线方案越优。以某采空区高速公路为例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明该方法运用在采空区高速公路路线方案比选中是合理可行的。

With available land becoming less and less,construction of major infrastructure such as expressway might have to cross coal goaf,and it is more important to select a technical and economic reasonable expressway routine scheme. According to the routine selection principle of expressway for coal goaf,the comprehensive evaluation model of expressway routine selection for coal goaf were analyzed and built. The method of organic combination of improved AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive method is proposed. The weight of indicators was determined by the improved AHP method. The routine scheme was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the comprehensive value was calculated,the largest value was the optimal scheme. Taking an expressway as background,the practice proved that the method for routine scheme comparison of coal goaf expressway is feasible.
