摘要 了解某铁路局集团公司机车司机驾驶适性现状,为确定健康管理重点人群、制定健康维护策略提供依据。选取2018年802名在岗机车司机为调查对象,对其驾驶适性检查结果按不同类别统计分析,并依据《铁路机车司机职业健康检查规范》进行判定评估。调查结果显示,驾驶适性5个检查项目平均合格率为88.6%;速度估计、复杂反应合格率各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);慢性高危人员与体检指标正常人员之间5项检查结果合格率差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);50~59岁年龄组5项检查结果合格率均最低。说明该铁路局集团公司机车司机驾驶适性检查结果不容乐观,其中动视力、夜视力及慢性高危人群合格率相对较低,应对铁路机车司机驾驶适性给予关注。 To understand the current situation of locomotive drivers' driving adaptation in a railway bureau group company, and to provide the basis for determining the key groups of health management and formulating health maintenance strategies. 802 on-the-job locomotive drivers in 2018 were selected as the survey objects, and their driving adaptation test results were statistically analyzed according to different categories, and were judged and evaluated according to “Standard of evaluation for occupational health test of train divers”. The survey results showed that the average pass rate of the five driving adaptation tests was 88.6%. There were significant differences in speed anticipation and qualified rate of multiple reaction judgement among different age groups (P < 0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of the five examination results between the chronic high-risk personnel and the normal physical examination indexes (P < 0.01). The qualified rate of 5 examination results in the age group of 50 ~ 59 is the lowest. This shows that the results of locomotive drivers' driving adaptation examination in this railway bureau group company are not optimistic, among which the passing rates of dynamic acuity and night acuity are relatively low, and the passing rates of chronic high-risk groups are relatively low. Therefore, attention should be paid to the driving adaptability of railway locomotive drivers.
