Briefing on Experiment of Rearing Silkworm with Fruit Mulberry in Lintong District Xi’an City in the Autumn of 2018

2018年秋季,西安市临潼区利用果桑桑叶进行了5对现行家蚕品种农村养蚕试验。两广2号、华康2号、华康3号、川山×蜀水、明丰×春玉的龄期经过、虫蛹统一生命率相仿,张种产茧量分别为25.3kg、37.4kg、40.2kg、38.5kg、38.8kg。两广2号的全茧量、茧层率较低,上车率低,解舒光折大;华康3号的全茧量、茧层率较高;川山×蜀水的万米吊糙较低;明丰×春玉的上车率较高,解舒丝长长,解舒光折小。利用果桑桑叶养蚕能够提高果桑园的利用率,增加果农收入。

In the autumn of 2018,five pairs of current silkworm varieties reared with mulberry leaves in rural areas were tested in the Litong district of Xi'an city.The intars and larval-pupal integrated survival rate of Liangguang 2,Huakang 2,Huakang 3,Chuanshan×Shushui,Mingfeng×Chunyu were similar.The cocoon crop per case eggs were 25.3kg,37.4kg,40.2kg,38.5kg,38.8kg,respectively.The whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell rate for Liangguang No.2 was lower,but the reelability de-flossed renditta was big.The whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell rate for Huakang No.3 were high;the frequency of rushing upon cocoons per 10000m of Chuanshan×Lishui was low.Mingfeng×Chunyu had a higher rate of reelable cocoons,with long non-broken filament length and small reelability de-flossed renditta.It is concluded that using fruit mulberry leaves to raise silkworms can increase the utilization rate of fruit mulberry gardens and increase the income of fruit farmers.
