艺术学科研究生人才培养教学实践创新研究——以湖南师范大学美术学院设计专业硕士教学为例 被引量:12

Research on Teaching Practice Innovation of Graduate Students Cultivation in Art Subjects——Taking the Master of Design in Art College of Hunan Normal University as an Example

摘要 艺术硕士学位制度是中国培养高层次艺术专业人才的一种有效途径,已成为当今时代创新型人才培养的一种有效制度。建立以社会需求为目标,以提高综合素养和实践能力为核心,以社会应用为目的,落实"理论学习项目案例研究和实践创作相结合"的艺术学科研究生的培养模式对艺术学科设计专业硕士的培养有着重大意义。湖南师范大学美术学院针对设计专业研究生教学实践,在精准定位培养服务社会导向型特色人才的同时,充分发挥出自身的优势落实了一系列措施,积极建设设计专业教学实践的平台并开展了一系列创新性的探索。本文通过创新教学实践成果的阐述与分析,进而总结了几个要点与设计专业教学实践原则,一,顺应艺术学科教育规律;二,创新型人才培养定位;三,顺应研究生发展内涵需求,设计专业研究生教学实践改革与社会发展同步进行。 The master of art degree system is an effective way to train high-level art professionals in China, and has become an effective degree to train innovative talents today. It is of great significance for the cultivation of master’s degree in art design to establish the training mode of "combining theoretical study project case study and practical creation" for the purpose of social application. With the goal of social demand, the core of that is to improve comprehensive quality and practical ability. In view of the teaching practice of graduate students majoring in design, the school of fine arts of Hunan Normal University has taken a series of measures to build a platform for teaching practice of design major and carried out a series of innovative explorations while precisely positioning and training the talents with the characteristics of service-oriented society. Through the elaboration and analysis of innovative teaching practice results, this paper summarizes several key points and teaching practice principles of design major. First, conform to the laws of art discipline education;Second, Orientate and train innovative talents;Third, according to the connotation demand of graduate students’ development, the teaching practice reform of graduate students majoring in design is carried out by keeping in with the social development.
