摘要 高性能高氯化聚乙烯树脂(HPE)是通过在聚乙烯氯化阶段引入多个有效基团到分子链上制得,有效地解决了高氯化聚乙烯树脂(HCPE)和改性树脂的混溶性问题.HPE是一种热塑性树脂,其质脆,硬度较高,较多的极性基团存在于分子链段中,具有较大的分子间作用力,涂膜的柔韧性较差.为改进和提高HPE涂膜的柔韧性和防腐性,制备高性能HPE防腐涂料,通过柔性丙烯酸树脂改性HPE作为主要成膜物,讨论颜填料在涂料中添加量范围,最后通过设计正交试验确定HPE防腐涂料最优方案,并对涂料性能进行了力学性能、浸泡试验、耐腐蚀介质及交流阻抗等方面的测试. The high performance high chlorinated polyethylene(HPE) resin with high performance is prepared by introducing a plurality of effective groups into the molecular chain during the chlorination stage of the polyethylene, and it effectively solves the problem of miscibility of the HCPE resin and modified resin. HPE is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high hardness and brittleness. More polar groups are present in the molecular segment, which give a large intermolecular force and the flexibility of the paint film is poor. In order to improve the flexibility and corrosion resistance of HPE paint film, high performance HPE anticorrosive coatings is prepared.Using flexible acrylic modified HPE resin as the main film-forming material, the range of the amount of pigment added in the coating is discussed. Besides, the optimal scheme of HPE anti-corrosion coating through designed orthogonal test, the mechanical properties, soaking corrosion resistant and AC impedance test are tested.
