摘要
通过对标准动车组铝合金气密隔墙设计结构分析,制定了两种常规制造工艺。通过进一步分析识别出制造工艺的难点,进而从搅拌摩擦焊焊接工艺参数(搅拌头压力、转速和进给速度等)和焊缝焊接顺序等方面开展了工艺试验验证,根据试验数据优化了气密隔墙制造的常规工艺方法,解决了原方法存在的组装困难、焊接变形量大以及焊后平面度无法满足要求的问题,避免了反复调修,提高了产品合格率,大大节约了工时和成本,提高了生产效率,提升了产品质量。
Two kinds of conventional manufacturing processes are formulated through analyzing the design structure of the air-tight partition wall of the standard bullet train. Difficulties of the manufacturing process are identified through further analysis. The verification of process test is carried out from the aspects of welding process parameters( pressure,rotating speed and feed speed of stir-welding head) and welding sequence. The conventional manufacturing process is optimized and the problems existing in the traditional method have been solved,such as assembly difficulties,large welding deformation and unsatisfied flatness. In the modified method,repeated adjustment and repair are avoided,qualification rates go up,working hours and costs are saved,and production efficiency and product quality are improved as a result.
