随着社会的进步与发展,房屋建筑结构的安全性逐渐受到人们的重视,在提升房屋建筑结构安全性的同时也需要对施工中存在的问题进行规避,从而确保建筑结构的性能以及安全性。论文在了解房屋结构设计原则与特征的基础上,对其安全性能的提升提出解决措施。

With the progress and development of society, the security of house building structure has been paid more and more attention by the people. In order to improve the security of house building structure, it is also necessary to avoid the problems in construction, so as to ensure the performance and safety of building structure. Based on the understanding of the structural design principles and characteristics of the house, this paper puts forward some measures to improve its safety performance.
