太谷古城的兴盛,源于明清时期晋商的崛起。论文以太谷古城民居建筑为研究对象,简要介绍了太谷古城的整体风貌,详细梳理了太谷古城民居的风格和特色,希望对古城中历史文化街区的传统建筑的修缮和保护提供一定的借鉴作用,为保护和继承传统文化、促进新时期太谷城市的发展升级等提供有益的支持。

The prosperity of the ancient city of taigu originated from the rise of Shanxi merchants during the Ming and Qing dynasties.Taking the residential architecture of taigu ancient city as the research object, this paper briefly introduces the whole style of the Taigu ancient city, combs out the style and characteristics of the ancient taigu residential buildings in detail, and hopes to provide some reference for the renovation and protection of the traditional buildings in the historic and cultural district of the ancient city, and provide beneficial support for the protection and inheritance of traditional culture and the promotion of the development and upgrading of Taigu city in the new era.
