摘要
本工程为学校功能教学楼,由多个建筑单元组成,各单元存在平面及竖向不规则的情况,在抗震设防烈度为8度区或采取不同的计算方法进行设计。结合建筑布局及空间利用要求,对不同功能单元的楼盖体系进行选取和设计,应用多种计算软件进行复核计算及分析,达到安全、合理、经济的结构设计目的,为类似建筑工程提供参考。
The project is a school building, which is composed of several structural units, each unit has specific plane and vertical irregularities, different calculation measures are adopted in the seismic 8 degree zone. Combined with the requirements of building layout and space utilization, the floor systems of different functional units are selected and designed, and various calculation software are applied to review the calculation and analysis to achieve the purpose of safe, reasonable and economical structural design. The article will provide reference for similar construction projects.
