重大活动供电保障应急电源配置构想

Conception of Emergency Power Supply Configuration for Power Supply Support of Major Events

随着我国经济的发展,各种国际文化、体育等重大活动从数量、规模方面也都在增加,从而对重大活动安全可靠的电力供应保障提出了更高的要求。作为供电侧的供电公司,为保障供电,进行了提高电网等级、设备设施升级、完善管理制度、提高人员素质、加强安全检查监督、制订应急预案等应对措施。论文针对重大活动按一级重要用电户标准分析,探索选择UPS电源、动态UPS电源、EPS电源及柴油发动机电源作为应急供电电源和应急电源的配置,解决了供电侧局部断电的问题,为安全持续供电提供参考。

With the development of China’s economy, a variety of international, culture, sports and other major activities are also increasing in number and scale, which puts forward higher requirements for the security and reliable power supply guarantee of major activities. As a power supply company on the power supply side, in order to guarantee power supply, it has taken measures to improve the grade of power grid, upgrade equipment and facilities, improve management system, improve personnel quality, strengthen safety inspection and supervision, and formulate emergency plans. Based on the analysis of major activities according to the standard of primary power users,this paper explores the selection of UPS power supply, dynamic UPS power supply, EPS power supply and diesel engine power supply as emergency power supply and emergency power supply configuration, solves the problem of partial power failure on the power supply side,and provides reference for safe and continuous power supply.
