长沙地铁“轨道杯”劳动竞赛在项目质量管理及考核中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Changsha Metro "Track Cup" Labor Competition in Project Quality Management and Assessment

2017年以来,长沙市轨道交通工程多条线路同时建设,具有地铁建设覆盖面广、线路长度长、车站施工点多的特点,如何在如此大的工程量建设情况下对质量进行控制,采取何种质量考核形式进行管理尤为重要。论文对在建阶段的长沙地铁开展的"轨道杯"劳动竞赛及其在质量管理及考核中的应用进行总结,对其他城市地铁建设管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Since 2017, multiple lines of Changsha rail transit project have been constructed at the same time, which has the characteristics of wide coverage, long line length and many construction stations. How to control the quality in such a large amount of construction, how to take the form of quality assessment for management is particularly important. This paper summarizes the "track cup" labor competition held by Changsha metro in the construction stage and its application in quality management and assessment, which is of certain reference significance for subway construction management in other cities.
