摘要
房建工程质量问题受到了社会的广泛关注,加强预算管理对提高工程质量有着重要的作用。论文主要讲述了房建工程预算管理的概念及意义,分析预算管理存在的问题,并提出应对措施。
The quality of housing construction projects has been widely concerned by the society. Strengthening budget management plays an important role in improving the quality of projects. This paper mainly describes the concept and significance of budget management of housing construction projects, analyzes the problems existing in budget management, and puts forward countermeasures.
