摘要
机加工艺信息可以被分为动态工艺信息以及静态工艺信息,可以构建出航空零件的三维模式中的机加工艺信息管理系统。信息管理系统的体系架构以及对应的工作流程,都可以辅助创建、检索出更为全面的工艺资源库,还可以为基于XML的工艺信息集成技术以及工艺规范可视化文件的生成技术提供十分关键的前提条件,从而有效提高将航空零件机加工艺中的效率和质量进,帮助技术人员缩短航空零件研发时间。论文主要介绍了航空工艺信息的分类以及信息管理系统的工作流程和主要框架。
Machining information can be divided into dynamic process information and static process information. Machining information management system can be constructed in the three-dimensional model of aviation parts. The architecture of the information management system and the corresponding workflow can help create and retrieve a more comprehensive process resource library. It can also provide a crucial prerequisite for XML-based process information integration technology and process specification visualization file generation technology, so as to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of aircraft parts machining technology, and help technicians shorten the time of aircraft parts research and development. This paper mainly introduces the classification of aviation process information and the workflow and main frame of information management system.
