大型装备"用、管、修"环境参数跟踪记录器设计

摘要 环境参数跟踪记录器主要应用于装备使用、仓储和维修环节,针对大型装备在全寿命周期管理中环境参数记录不及时的问题而设计。记录器采用低功耗器件和高能电池,设计有三维振动加速度传感器、温湿度和气压传感器,采用125kHz信号进行系统低频唤醒,并应用2.4G无线通信模块进行数据传输和系统配置。记录器能有效记录环境参数,为完善和使用装备全寿命周期管理模型进行剩余寿命评估提供一定的参考。 Environmental Parameter Tracking Recorder is mainly used in the process of equipment using, storage and maintenance. It is designed to solve the problem that environmental parameter recording is not timely in the whole life-cycle management of large equipment. The recorder uses low-power devices and high-energy battery. It is designed with three-dimensional vibration acceleration sensor, temperature and humidity sensor and pressure sensor. 125 kHz signal is used for low-frequency wake-up of the system, and 2.4 G wireless communication module is used for data transmission and system configuration. The recorder can record environmental parameters effectively,which can provide some reference for improving and using the equipment full-life cycle management model to evaluate the residual life.
