摘要
在各类武器系统产品研制和生产环节中,环境应力筛选是确认其电子产品部件可靠性的一种必要手段。本文从实际产品应用出发,阐述了环境应力筛选中各失效(机械应力失效及热应力失效)的作用机理及实例分析,并结合失效实例给出通用的问题处理方案。
ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) is a necessary means to confirm the reliability of electronic products in the development and production of various weapons systems. Multiple types of ESS failures are expounded including mechanical stress and thermal stress in this paper based on the application of practical products, and a general problem solution was developed.
