基于工序参数级的柱塞组件工艺可靠性研究

摘要 本文针对某型油泵柱塞组件收口工艺缺陷进行研究,首先通过工艺FMECA分析,采集和分析关键工序参数获得收口过程压力增长趋势;然后基于高品质筛选和数据分析以改进工艺,获得了每级收口过程施加压力最大值范围及压力增长模型参数;最后基于Deform-3D进行了工艺仿真,验证了工艺改进的有效性。为研究其他工序出现的类似工艺问题提供了可借鉴的思路和方法。 In this paper, the defects of the closing process of a certain type of oil pump plunger assembly are studied. Firstly, based on the process FMECA analysis, the key process parameters are collected and analyzed to obtain the pressure increase trend of the closing process. Then based on high-quality screening and data analysis to improve the process, the maximum pressure range and pressure increase model parameters of each stage of the closing process were obtained. Finally, the process simulation was carried out based on Deform-3D, which verified the effectiveness of the process improvement. The research provides ideas and methods for studying similar process problems in other processes.
