摘要
泥石流在我国西部地区分布广泛,类型多样,成灾方式多且危害严重,对我国山区公路建设与发展带来严重威胁。公路泥石流工程防治原则和模式不仅与公路工程特性有关,还与泥石流活动特征密切相关,而泥石流活动特征可采用危险性高低来衡量。结合公路泥石流活动特点和公路等级安全要求,提出基于危险性的公路泥石流工程防治原则,并在总结分析我国西部山区公路和铁路的泥石流防治经验基础上,探讨不同防治分类下公路泥石流防治模式,用以指导泥石流地区公路勘察设计与施工维护。
Debris flow is widely distributed in the western region of China,with various types,many disaster-causing modes and serious hazards,which poses a serious threat to highway construction and development in mountainous areas of China.The principles and models of highway debris flow control are not only related to the characteristics of highway engineering,but also closely related to the characteristics of debris flow activities,and the characteristics of debris flow activities can be measured by the level of risk.Based on the characteristics of highway debris flow activity and the requirements of highway grade safety,this paper puts forward the principles of highway debris flow engineering prevention and control based on hazard.On the basis of summing up and analyzing the experience of highway and railway debris flow prevention and control in western mountainous areas of China,it puts forward the prevention and control modes of highway debris flow under different prevention and control classifications to guide the road survey design and construction maintenance in debris flow areas.
