摘要
考察西青果等11种藏药的体外抗真菌活性,制备藏药水提液,通过牛津杯法初步筛选具有抑菌效果的藏药,再用多量液基稀释法测定具有抗菌作用的8种藏药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),选取抑菌效果较好的4种藏药,两两联合,测定其联合抑菌效果。结果显示,藏木香、水母雪莲花、獐牙菜、藏茵陈、垂头菊、铁棒锤、藏紫草和西青果具有较明显抑菌效果,其MIC值分别为62.50、500、250、125、500、250、62.50、1.95mg/mL。在抑菌效果较好的藏木香、藏紫草、藏茵陈、西青果两两联合抑菌试验中,"藏茵陈+西青果"组联合抑菌指数(FICI)≤0.5,"藏紫草+西青果"组FICI≤1,其余各组FICI均≧2。表明西青果、藏木香、藏紫草、藏茵陈有较好的抗真菌活性,"藏茵陈+西青果"和"藏紫草+西青果"药对分别具有协同和相加联合抑菌效果。
To investigate the antifungal activity of 11 Tibetan medicines such as Xiqingguo in vitro. The Tibetan medicine aqueous extract was prepared,and the Tibetan medicine with antibacterial effect was initially screened by the Oxford Cup method. The MIC of 8 Tibetan medicines with antibacterial effect was determined by multi-liquid dilution method. Tibetan medicines were combined and we then determined their combined antibacterial effects.Tibetan woody, jellyfish snow lotus, sauerkraut, Tibetan sinensis, scutellaria, iron hammer, sage and sage had obvious antibacterial effect, and their MIC values were 62.50, 500, 250, 125, 500, 250, 62.50 and 1.95 mg/mL,respectively. In the combined antibacterial experiment of Tibetan scent, Tibetan comfrey, Tibetan yin and Xiqing fruit, the FICI was≤0.5 and the FICI for Tibetan comfrey plus Xiqing fruit group was≤1.The FICI for the other groups were≧2. Xiqingguo, Tibetan Muxiang, Tibetan comfrey and Tibetan worm have good antifungal activity, and the "Zhongyin Chen + Xiqingguo"and "Tibetan chinensis + Xiqingguo"medicine pairs have Synergistic and additive combined antibacterial effects.
