水泥搅拌桩在软土路基施工中的应用研究

软基处理一直是公路建设中的技术难题,地形的复杂多样决定了不同的地质状况应采用不同的软基处理方法。该文简述了软土的基本情况与我国软土分布范围、软土对公路建设的影响、软土的治理原则与常见处理措施;通过"设计-实践-总结-优化-再实践-总结与推广"的研究思路,以长江中游某道路软基处理为案例,立足水泥搅拌桩作用原理,从施工工法、工艺选择和软基处理思路、水泥搅拌桩成桩质量检测、成桩质量因素分析等多方面研究分析了水泥搅拌桩的软基处理技术;通过思考分析设计与施工之间的关系,提出了特殊路段软基处理过程中需要遵循的原则。

Soft foundation treatment has always been a technical problem in highway construction.The complexity and diversity of terrain determine that different soft foundation treatment methods should be adopted in different geological conditions.This paper briefly describes the basic situation of soft soil and the distribution range of soft soil in China,the influence of soft soil on highway construction,the treatment principles and common treatment measures of soft soil.Through the research idea of "design-practice-summary-optimization-re-practice-summary and promotion",taking the treatment of soft foundation of a road in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as an example,based on cement mixing pile as a foundation.Based on the principle,this paper studies and analyses the soft foundation treatment technology of cement mixing pile from the aspects of construction method,process selection and soft foundation treatment ideas,quality detection of cement mixing pile and analysis of pile quality factors.Through thinking and analyzing the relationship between design and construction,the paper puts forward some suggestions that should be followed in the process of soft foundation treatment of special section.
