摘要
"互联网+"是与经济社会文化逐步深度融合的工作新流程、新模式、新形态。通过技术和理念的双重升级,"互联网+"为电子政务发展注入时代活力,推动政府职能转变。"互联网+政务服务"是电子政务新阶段,充分发挥其价值必须坚定贯彻为民服务的宗旨,加强顶层设计、突破数据藩篱、规范数据应用、重视公众参与,持之以恒地为社会公众提供高品质、多样化的公共服务。
"Internet plus" is a new process,a new model and a new form of work,which is gradually integrated with the economy,society and culture.By means of double upgrading of technology and idea,"Internet plus" injects the vitality of the era into the development of e-government and promotes the shift of government functions."Internet Plus Government Service" is a new stage of e-government.To give full play to its value,we must firmly carry out the purpose of serving the people,strengthenthe top-level design,break throughdata fences,standardize data applications,attach importance to the public participation,and consistently provide high-quality and diverse public services for the people.
