试论公民法治信仰培育的实现途径

On the Way to Cultivate Citizens’ Belief in the Rule of Law

法治中国实现的关键在于公民对法治的信仰。公民法治信仰的培育,首先要科学立法,其次要严格执法,再次是要公正司法,然后要恰当普法。要通过公民喜闻乐见的形式宣传普及宪法及法律。最后是自觉护法。当法律的尊严遭到践踏、当法律的权威被削弱时,公民能够自觉站出来护法,公民对法治的信仰才算是真正形成,法治中国的梦想才真正成为现实。

The key to the realization of rule of law in China lies in the belief of citizens in the rule of law.To make the rule of law become universal belief,first of all,China should have well-established laws,set up good law,that is to say,scientific legislation;secondly,we must strictly enforce the law;thirdly,we must be the fair administration of justice;then we should popularize law properly.It is necessary to publicize and spread the constitution and laws among the people by a form that people love to see.Finally,we must protect the law consciously.Only when the dignity of the law is violated,the authority of the law is trampled,citizens can voluntarily stand up for the dignity and authority of the law,then citizens’ belief in the rule of law can be truly formed,and the dream of rule by law in China can really become a reality.
