冷冻消融联合稳心颗粒治疗阵发性心房纤颤的临床研究

The Clinical Application of Percutaneous Catheter Cryoablation combined with Wenxin Granule for Treating Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探究冷冻消融联合稳心颗粒治疗阵发性心房纤颤的疗效和安全性。方法:病例选取2016年1月-2018年1月来我院就诊的40例阵发性心房纤颤的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组在冷冻消融术基础上加用稳心颗粒,对照组单纯行冷冻消融术;随访1~6个月,观察两组房颤、房扑及房性心动过速的复发情况。结果:两组患者即刻肺静脉电隔离(PVI)成功率均为90%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),6个月内随访观察组房颤复发率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用稳心颗粒为冷冻球囊治疗阵发性心房纤颤提高成功率,但其作用的确切机制及远期疗效尚需循证医学证实。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter cryoablation combined with Wenxin Granule for patients with paroxymal atrial fibriltation(PAD).Methods:40 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of transcatheter cryoablation, while the control group was only treated with cryoablation alone.We observe the recurrence of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and atrial tachycardia in two groups after 1 to 6 months’ followed up.Results:The success rate of immediate pulmonary vein isolation(PVI) were 90% in both groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group in 6 months follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wenxin Granule can provide some clinical experience for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by frozen balloon. However, the exact mechanism and long-term efficacy of Wenxin Granule still need to be confirmed by evidence-based medicine.
