摘要
以聚己内脂二元醇(PCL-1000)、异佛尔酮异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙烷磺酸钠盐(AAS)等原料合成磺酸型水性聚氨酯。以n(NCO)∶n(OH)、DMPA含量、固含量以及AAS含量为主要影响因素,皮革剥离强度为考察标准,并采用L16(45)正交试验优选出水性聚氨酯的最佳合成工艺。结果表明,在n(NCO)∶n(OH)=1.2∶1,固含量=55%,w(DMPA)=8%,w(AAS)=6%条件下,合成的水性聚氨酯可以使皮革的剥离强度可达48.9 N/2.5 cm。
Polycaprolactone diol(PCL-1000),isophorone isocyanate(IPDI),2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-amino Aqueous polyurethane is synthesized from raw materials such as sodium ethanesulfonate(AAS).The n(-NCO)∶n(-OH),DMPA content,solid content and AAS content were the main influencing factors.The peel strength was the standard of investigation,and the optimal synthesis process of waterborne polyurethane was optimized by L16(45)orthogonal test.The results show that when the n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)value is 1.2∶1,the solid content is55%,the mass fraction of DMPA is 8%,and the mass fraction of AAS is 6%,the waterborne polyurethane can make the peel strength of the leather optimal(48.9 N/2.5 cm).
