玻璃酸钠联合0.1%氟米龙治疗糖尿病性干眼症观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合0.1%氟米龙治疗糖尿病性干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月间因糖尿病性干眼症就诊于我院的患者68例(136只眼)为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为实验组(33例)与对照组(35例),实验组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合0.1%氟米龙滴眼液,对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。分析两组患者的临床疗效,治疗后泪液分泌量与角膜荧光素染色评分变化,首次泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、平均BUT、中央泪河高度及上下睑板腺缺失情况评分以及不良反应。结果两组临床总有效率分别为91.43%、72.72%,实验组明显优于对照组。与对照组比较,实验组泪液分泌量明显升高、角膜荧光素染色评分降低,上下睑板腺缺失评分更低;首次BUT、平均BUT、中央泪河高度改善更明显;结膜充血、眼部不适眼数均明显低于对照组。以上所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组眼压增高总眼数高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用玻璃酸钠联合0.1%氟米龙滴眼液治疗糖尿病性干眼症临床治疗效果较佳,安全性较佳。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with 0.1% fluorometholone in treating diabetic dry eye.Methods 68 patients (136 eyes) with diabetic dry eye in our hospital between May 2016 and May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group (33 cases, sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with 0.1% fluorometholone) and control group( 35 cases, sodium hyaluronate eye drops) according to random number methods. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. The amount of tear secretion and the corneal fluorescein staining scores after treatment, the first tear film break-up time (BUT), the average BUT, the central tears river height and the upper and lower meibomian gland loss condition score as well as patient adverse reactions.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 91.43% and 72.72%, respectively. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group, the amount of tear secretion was increased significantly;the corneal fluorescein staining scores was decreased;the upper and lower meibomian gland loss condition scores were lower;the first BUT, average BUT, and the central tears river height were excellent;and the number of eyes with conjunctival hyperemia, retinal blur and eye discomfort were significantly lower in the experimental group ( P <0.05). In the experimental group, the number of eyes with increased intraocular pressure was higher, compared with the control group ( P >0.05).Conclusions The clinical therapeutic effect and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with 0.1% fluorometholone in the treatment of diabetic dry eye were better.
