Exploration and application of energy-saving emission reduction measures in high sulphur natural gas purification plant

摘要 中国石化中原油田普光分公司天然气净化厂针对硫磺回收系统节能降耗技术攻关,在水、电、蒸汽及燃料气消耗和废气治理等方面采取了先进工艺和优化措施,提高了能源综合利用效率。优化改进后,天然气净化厂单位处理量油气综合能耗已降至91.22kg/t的水平,较投产初期下降33..58%,比2017年下降了5.83%。2018年处理原料气超过8.5×10^10m^3,节约能耗超过28kt标煤。采用热氮吹硫新工艺使停工装置排放平均ρ(SO2)降至250mg/m^3以下。 The Natural Gas Purification Plant of Puguang Branch of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oil Field has adopted advanced technology and optimization measures in water consumption,electricity consumption,steam consumption and fuel gas consumption and waste gas treatment to tackle the key problems of energy saving and consumption reduction in sulphur recovery system,thus improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy.After optimization and improvement,the comprehensive energy consumption of oil and gas per unit capacity of natural gas purification plant has dropped to 91.22 kg/t,33.58% lower than that at the initial stage of production,and 5.83% lower than that in 2017.In 2018,the treatment of raw gas exceeded 8.5×1010 m3,saving energy consumption exceeded 28 kt standard coal.With the new technology of hot nitrogen sulphur blowing,the average emission of SO2 from shutdown unit is reduced to less than 250 mg/m3.
