介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司800kt/a硫磺制酸装置干燥酸冷却器和二吸酸冷却器设计工艺参数和设备结构,分析了酸冷却器结垢原因。详细说明了在不停车情况下对酸冷却器进行反冲洗操作、高压水枪清洗除垢操作的具体措施。处理后干燥酸冷却器水量增加433m^3/h、二吸酸冷却器循环水量增加824m^3/h,在线除垢达到预期效果。
The design process parameters and equipment structure of dry acid cooler and secondary acid absorber cooler in a 800 kt/a sulphur-based sulphuric acid plant of Wittenda Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The cause of scaling in the acid cooler is ana lyzed.The specific measures of acid cooler backwashing operation and high pressure water gun cleaning and descaling operation without stopping are described in detail.After treatment, the water quantity of drying acid cooler increased 433 m3/h,the circulating water quan tity of di-acid absorber cooler increased 824 m3/h,and the on-line descaling achieved the desired effect.
