摘要
硫铁矿制酸和冶炼烟气制酸的净化工序通常采用一级动力波洗涤器-填料塔-二级动力波洗涤器-两级电除雾器的工艺流程,一级动力波洗涤器出口烟气温度超高不仅影响玻璃钢设备的使用寿命,更有可能导致硫酸系统SO2风机的紧急停车。分析了净化烟气温度超高的主要原因,并提出了优化解决方案。
At present,the purification processes of pyrite acid making and smelting off-gas acid making usually adopt the technological process of primary power wave scrubber-packed tower-secondary power wave scrubber-two-stage electric mist eliminator.The high flue gas temperature at the outlet of primary power wave scrubber not only affects the service life of FRP equipment,but also relates to the emergency shutdown of SO2 fan in suliphuric acid system.The main reasons for super high temperature of purified off-gas are analyzed,and the optimum solution is put forward.
