摘要
针对硫酸系统干吸循环浓酸泵流量偏大,对后续工艺设备存在较大的安全隐患问题,经过认真论证分析,实施对浓酸循环泵加装高压变频器节能改造,取得明显效果。改造后平均减少电量5141.24kWh/d,每年可节电能约1748022kWh,节约电费约104.88万元。
In view of the problem that the flow rate of concentrated acid pump in sulphuric acid drying and absorption cycle is too large, and there are great potential safety hazards in the follow-up process equipment, after careful demonstration and analysis, the idea of energy-saving transformation of concentrated acid circulating pump by installing high-voltage frequency converter has been adopted, and obvious results have been achieved.The average electricity consumption is reduced by 5 141.24 kWh/d after the transformation.The annual energy saving is about 1 748 022 kWh, and the electricity cost is about 1 048.8 million yuan.
