摘要
某钼冶炼厂在原厂内新建一烟气脱硫制硫酸环保装置,其大功率大惯量烟气风机及其配电驱动系统的选型需基于厂内原有电网容量进行分析考虑。采用离散微元方法对独立单体风机的起动时间作计算,再辅以软件对配电系统进行建模以对风机在背景系统工况下起动时对电网的影响进行分析计算,以便在设计阶段充分全面地论证技术方案可行性,降低技术风险,确保该项目风机顺利投人运行。
A new environmental protection device for sulphuric acid production from off-gas desulfurization is built in a molybde num smelter.The selection of high-power and large-inertia off-gas fan and its distribution drive system should be based on the original power grid capacity.The discrete element method is used to calculate the start-up time of the independent single fan, and the software is used to model the distribution system to analyze and calculate the impact of the fan on the power grid when starting under the back ground system conditions, so as to fully demonstrate the feasibility of the technical scheme and reduce the technical risk in the design stage, and ensure the smooth operation of the fan in this project.
