贵州深度贫困地区发展能力及空间特征分析

Development Capacity and Spatial Characteristics of Deep Poverty Areas in Guizhou Province

为提升贵州各深度贫困地区发展能力及对其未来发展提供决策参考,基于客观赋权形式,从经济、人力、社会和自然资本4个维度24个指标构建地区发展能力评价指标体系,通过收集2018年贵州省统计年鉴中14个深度贫困县的统计数据,运用熵值法对各深度贫困县综合发展能力得分进行测量和排序,并进行系统聚类分析与可视化处理。结果表明:威宁县为强发展能力地区,水城县和纳雍县为发展能力较强地区,沿河县、赫章县和正安县为发展能力较弱地区,三都县、紫云县、榕江县、从江县、望谟县、剑河县、晴隆县和册亨县为弱发展能力地区。基于资本要素视角和空间特征视角对各类深度贫困地区的未来发展提出相应建议。

To provide a reference for decision making to enhance the development ability and future development of Guizhou poverty-stricken areas,the evaluation index system of regional development capacity was constructed with 24 indicators from four dimensions of economy,human resources,society and natural capital. By collecting the data of 14 deep poverty counties in the statistical yearbook of Guizhou Province in 2018,based on the objective weighting form,the entropy method was used to measure and sort the comprehensive development ability scores of the deep poverty counties,and systematic clustering analysis and visualization processing were conducted. Results: Weining County is the area with strong development ability,Shuicheng County and Nayong County are the areas with relative strong development ability,Yanhe County,Hezhang County and Zheng’an County are the areas with weak development ability,Sandu County,Ziyun County,Rongjiang County,Congjiang County,Wangmo County,Jianhe County,Qinglong County and Ceheng County are the areas with weaker development ability. Based on the perspective of capital factors and spatial characteristics,the corresponding suggestions are proposed on the future development of various deep poverty areas.
