摘要
晚期抗原4(VLA-4)与血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)互为配体,VLA-4能与VCAM-1的第1结构域或第4结构域的特异性结合。在VCAM-1的结构域1和结构域4中发现的6个线性氨基酸序列对两者的特异性结合起着至关重要的作用。VLA-4和VCAM-1在多种疾病中都高表达并与许多疾病的发病机制有着密不可分的联系。
The late antigen 4(VLA-4) and the vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1) are ligands to each other, and the late antigen 4 can specifically bind to the first or the fourth domain of the vascular cell adhesion molecule1,and six linear amino acid sequences found in domain 1 and domain 4 of vascular cell adhesion molecules. This sequence plays a crucial role in the specific binding of the two.Advanced antigen-4 and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 are highly expressed in many diseases and are inextricably linked to the pathogenesis of many diseases.
