摘要 基于高效分离乙酸乙酯-乙醇共沸物的目的,结合理论分析和实验验证,从作用原理层面阐述毛细管精馏技术分离共沸物的本质,为填料毛细管精馏技术分离共沸物的进一步研究提供基础。文中的研究内容主要有毛细管填料对乙酸乙酯-乙醇气液平衡的影响分析、毛细管填料对乙酸乙酯和乙醇的吸附情况说明和毛细管作用分析。首先通过分析气液平衡实验数据、活度系数的影响和饱和蒸气压的影响,说明毛细管填料提高了溶液中乙酸乙酯的组成;然后结合吸附容量测定实验,通过对毛细管填料吸附作用和毛细管作用的理论分析和计算,说明毛细管填料对乙醇的吸附性能较强,促进了乙酸乙酯组成的提高。 Based on the efficient separation of azeotrope, the principle of separation of azeotrope by capillary distillation was expounded essentially in combination with theoretical analysis and experimental verification, providing a basis for further research on separation of azeotrope by packed capillary distillation. The influence of capillary packing on the vapor-liquid equilibrium of ethyl acetate and ethanol, the adsorption and capillarity packing on ethyl acetate and ethanol were studied. At first, by analyzing the vapor-liquid equilibrium data, the influence of activity coefficient and the influence of saturated vapor pressure, the composition of ethyl acetate in solution increased because of the capillary packing. Then through the theoretical analysis and calculation of adsorption and capillarity of capillary packing, the capillary packing is verified to have strong adsorption performance for ethanol and increase the composition of ethyl acetate in combination with the adsorption capacity measurement experiment.
