健康中国视角下我国残奥会的人才培养困境及策略

Predicament and Strategy of Personnel Training of Paralympic Games in China from Perspective of Healthy China

采用文献资料法、实地访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对健康中国视角下我国残奥会人才培养困境及策略进行分析,得出结论。困境包括:场地设施待完善、体育管理体系待提升;整体起步晚、起点低、任务重、难度大、基础薄弱;残疾人体育设施不完善;总体发展水平不高,残疾人体育不能适应自身与形势发展需求;后勤保障不足,人力资源流失严重。策略有,要丰富残疾人活动供给,保障残疾人经费充足;提升残疾人赛事品质,促进残疾人体育产业发展;积极做好安全监管与服务工作,促进可持续发展;增加高素质教练数量,提升战术水平;宣传赛事促成效,加大普及程度;查问题、找差距、补短板、实现自我突破及新发展;坚持聚焦残疾人体育分级,深化残疾人才建设;提高器材、项目自主创新研发能力,科技兴国;普及残疾人运动信息权益,增加残疾人体育参加数量。

By using the methods of literature, field interviews and logical analysis, this paper makes an analysis of the difficulties and strategies of the Paralympic talents training in China from the perspective of Healthy China. It is concluded that the dilemma includes the site facilities need to be improved, the sports management system needs to be upgraded, the overall starting point is late, the starting point is low, the task is heavy, the difficulty is great, and the foundation is weak. The sports facilities for the disabled are not perfect, the overall development level is not high, the sports for the disabled cannot meet their own and the situation development needs, the logistics support is insufficient, and the loss of human resources is serious. Strategies include enriching the supply of activities for disabled people, ensuring adequate funds for disabled people, improving the quality of sports events for disabled people, promoting the development of sports industry for disabled people, actively doing a good job in safety supervision and service, promoting sustainable development, increasing the number of high-quality coaches, improving tactical level, promoting the effectiveness of sports events and increasing the popularity, finding problems and gaps, filling shortcomings and realizing self-realization, realizing self-breakthrough, insisted on focusing on the sports classification of the disabled, deepening the construction of disabled talents, improved the ability of independent innovation and research and development of equipment and projects, and revitalized the country by science and technology, popularized the rights and interests of sports information for the disabled, and increased the number of sports participation of the disabled.
