从批判性地域主义到“两观三性”——浅论适合当代中国国情的地域性建筑设计策略

From Critical Regionalism to "Two Concepts and Three Features" :The Regional Architectural Design Strategy Suitable for Contemporary China’s National Conditions

中国改革开放以来经历的大规模建设浪潮中,国内建筑界迫切需要具有中国特色的自我认同。自20世纪80年代以来,"批判性地区主义"就被当作地域主义的修正和完善,取代"现代主义"和"结构主义"成为当代中国建筑师的理论工具。与此同时,植根于岭南建筑学派的何镜堂院士,也在地域化实践工作中总结出了一套适合当下建筑发展形势的"两观三性"设计思想,创造性地把地域性与时代性、文化性有机整合,以整体观和可持续发展观统筹规划,形成具有高度可操作性的设计理论。该文通过举例论证和对比分析批判性地域主义和"两观三性"设计思想,探讨适合国内建筑发展需求的地域建筑策略。

China has experienced the wave of large-scale construction since the reform and opening up, the domestic construction industry urgently needs self-identity with Chinese characteristics. Since the 1980 s,"critical regionalism" has been used as a revision and improvement of regionalism, replacing "modernism" and "structuralism" as the theoretical tools of contemporary Chinese architects. At the same time, academician He Jingtang, who is rooted in the Lingnan Architectural School of thought, also summed up a set of "Two Concepts and Three Features" design ideas suitable for the current development of architect, which creatively integrate with place, culture and time by overall planning and sustainable development concept, to form a highly operational design theory. In this paper we demonstrate and contrast the critical regionalism and the "Two Concepts and Three Features" design ideas, then we explore the regional architectural strategies suitable for the development of domestic architecture.
