摘要
社区是教育共同体的特征空间,为教育开放场域的建构提供了基础。高校应致力于从社区汲取资源和能量,以"共生"的价值诉求嵌入社区,这是高等教育与社区开展可持续合作的根本立足点。在地方高校实践教育中,应当以共同体思维为指引,培育共生网络,打破高校与社区的合作壁垒,解决高等教育与产业实践脱离的困境,建构共生型的"高校-社区"教育发展网络,从而提升高校实践教育质量,促进社区开放教育共同体的发展。地方高校与社区实践教育共生网络体可分为分利共存、融合共利和同存共生三种模式。培育地方高校与社区实践教育共生网络体,可以从培育良序机制与共生结构,重塑多元主体与合作新格局,营造合作文化氛围以及建构共生系统新机制等四个维度进行探索。
The community is the characteristic space of the educational community and provides the foundation for the construction of the educational open field.Colleges and universities should strive to extract resources and energy from the community,and embed the community with the value of "symbiosis".This is the fundamental standpoint for sustainable cooperation between higher education and the community.In the practice education of local colleges and universities,we should use the community thinking as a guide to foster a symbiotic network,break the barriers of cooperation between universities and communities,solve the dilemma of the separation of higher education and industrial practice,and construct a symbiotic "college-community" education development network.Improve the quality of practical education in colleges and universities and promote the development of community open education communities.The symbiosis network of local colleges and community practice education can be divided into three modes:sharing and coexistence,integration and mutual benefit,and coexistence and symbiosis.Cultivating the symbiotic network of local colleges and community practice education can explore the four dimensions of cultivating good order mechanism and symbiotic structure,reshaping the new multi-subject and cooperation pattern,creating a cooperative culture atmosphere and constructing a new mechanism of symbiosis system.
