新工科建设背景下我国工程人才培养研究——基于文献综述视角

Research on the Cultivation of Engineering Talents in China in the Context of New Engineering Discipline Construction:Based on Literature Review

为了应对产业升级和经济结构调整,从服务国家战略、满足产业需求和面向未来发展的高度,我国提出了新工科建设的教育改革行动计划,探索工程人才培养的新机制、新方式和新格局。围绕新工科建设的提出背景、新工科建设背景下我国工程人才培养存在的问题、工程人才培养的目标定位以及工程人才培养的策略四个方面,总结新工科建设背景下我国工程人才培养的研究现状,有助于为工程人才培养理论研究和实践探索提供一种基于历史的展望。

In order to cope with industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,from the perspective of serving the national strategy and facing the future development,China has put forward emerging engineering and explored new mechanisms,new ways and new patterns of engineering talents training.Based on the analysis of the results of engineering talent cultivation under the background of emerging engineering,its important research topics can be summarized into four aspects:the backgrounds of emerging engineering,the existing problems in engineering talent cultivation,the orientations of engineering talent training objective and the implementation strategies of engineering talent cultivation.The paper summarizes the current research situation of the training of engineering talents in China under the background of emerging engineering and grasps the main contents of this field clearly.It provides a historical perspective for the training of engineering talents in the future in theory and practice.
