摘要
WiFi是AGV无线通信网络的主流选择之一,针对AGV通信中的小数据量C/S通信模式,提出了基于树形拓扑结构的多跳WiFi网络,解决单WiFi热点不能大面积覆盖和对室内复杂环境难覆盖的问题,并在网络中以UDP协议为基础,加入新的网络通信协议和动态路由表,能够通过网络中唯一的ID进行设备间通信,降低通信的复杂度。经测试,系统能在复杂室内环境中进行稳定通信。
WiFi is one of the mainstream choices in AGV wireless communication network. Aiming at the small data volume C/S communication mode in AGV communication, a multi-hop WiFi network based on tree topology structure is proposed to solve the problem that single WiFi hotspot can not be widely covered, difficult to cover complex indoor environment. Based on UDP protocol, a new network communication protocol and dynamic routing table are added to the network, which can communicate between devices through the unique ID in the network and reduce the complexity of communication. Through the test, the system can make stable communication in complex indoor environment.
