一种新型异型空心砖的设计方法及应用研究

摘要 目前建筑市场广泛使用的烧结多孔砖和空心砖在砌筑施工中工艺简单,但是与普通烧结砖一样存在灰缝。灰缝不仅会阻塞一部分砖孔,而且灰缝的大小受人为影响较大,因此对技工砌筑水平有相当高的要求。为解决以上问题,参照烧结空心砖设计要求,设计出一种新型异型空心砖,在不降低力学性能和保温隔音等效果的前提下,采用一种新的砌筑方式,可有效提高砌体的平整度和成型率,方便墙体加固处理,降低对施工人员的技术要求,提高砌筑效率,缩短工期。 In order to meet the requirements of building energy saving, sintered porous brick and hollow brick with self-insulation effect have been widely used in the construction market. However, the mortar joint in the process of masonry will not only block part of the brick hole and reduce the energy saving effect, but also the size of the mortar joint is greatly affected by the artificial, which has a high requirement for the masonry level of the mechanic.In this paper, a new type of special-shaped hollow brick is designed, whose unique construction technology does not produce ash joints and forms a complete rigid mesh structure in masonry mortar grooves, which can effectively improve the compressive shear resistance of the wall. In addition, the new special-shaped hollow brick can also be easily strengthened in the wall, does not occupy the use of space, and greatly shortens the present. Field operation time.
