摘要
目前冷喂料挤出机驱动系统一般采用直流驱动系统,但随着国家对节能减排越来越重视,直流驱动固有的缺点越发明显。然而,交流变频调速技术日益成熟,其调速性能可与直流调速系统相媲美,而且造价低廉,操作便利,已经成为当前电力驱动系统的主流。由于挤出机直流驱动系统在运行过程中会出现不可避免的磨损、冒火花等现象,导致系统的工作效率、可靠性和安全性降低,进而影响生产和工艺,因此,需要对现有直流驱动系统进行交流变频改造。针对冷喂料挤出机对驱动系统的要求,本文提出了基于ACS800-01变频器的交流驱动系统代替直流调速的方案,此方案提高了系统的稳定性和工作效率,同时也降低了后期的维护成本。
At present, the cold feed extruder drive system generally adopts the DC drive system, but as the country pays more and more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction, the inherent shortcomings of DC drive become more and more obvious. However, the AC variable frequency speed control technology is becoming more and more mature, and its speed regulation performance is comparable to that of the DC speed control system, and the cost is low and the operation is convenient, which has become the mainstream of the current electric drive system. Due to the inevitable wear and sparking of the DC drive system of the extruder during operation, the efficiency, reliability and safety of the system will be reduced, which will affect the production and process. Therefore, the existing DC is required to be modified by AC frequency conversion. In view of the requirements of the cold feed extruder for the drive system, this paper proposes an scheme that AC drive system based on the ACS800-01 inverter instead of the DC speed control. This solution improves system stability and productivity while reducing post-maintenance costs.
