磷石膏制备纳米氧化钙基二氧化碳吸附剂工艺的优化

摘要 随着化学工艺的发展和成熟,磷石膏制取氧化钙逐渐成为常见的制备方法。对此技术工艺优化,对反应时间、反应温度、二氧化碳通量、搅拌速度进行单因素实验,得出不同因素对纳米氧化钙二氧化碳吸附颗粒的影响。得出结论:搅拌速率越慢越好,杂质含量越少越好;纳米氧化钙基二氧化碳吸附剂的粒径越小,其吸附量就越大,吸附速率也越快,其稳定性也就越高。 With the development and maturity of chemical processes,the preparation of calcium oxide from phosphogypsum has gradually become a common preparation method.In this paper,the optimization of this technology,single-factor experiments on reaction time,reaction temperature,carbon dioxide flux and stirring speed were carried out,and the influence of different factors on the adsorption particles of nanocalcium oxide carbon dioxide was obtained.It is concluded that the slower the stirring rate,the less the impurity content is.The smaller the particle size of the nano-calcium oxide-based carbon dioxide adsorbent,the larger the adsorption amount and the faster the adsorption rate,and the more stable the stability.high.
