乳酸制备及其应用新进展

New progress in the preparation of lactic acid and its application

乳酸是公认的三大有机酸之一,目前已经在食品、医药、化工和聚合物材料等领域广泛应用。本文综述了乳酸的制备进展,尤其是近年来一些新的制备方法,同时对乳酸的应用进行了介绍,展望了乳酸行业未来研究和应用的主要方向。

Lactic acid is recognized as one of the three major organic acids and is currently used in food,pharmaceutical,chemical and polymeric materials.This paper reviews the progress in the preparation of lactic acid,especially some new preparation methods in recent years.At the same time,the application of lactic acid is introduced,and the main direction of future research and application of lactic acid industry is prospected.
