摘要
采用西门子S7-300PLC为功能核心,组态王(KingView6.55)软件提供上位监控功能,PID(比例-积分-微分)表和PD(比例?微分)表相结合的控制方式,实现对污水中和池pH在适当范围的控制。所设计系统满足污水厂中和池pH在相应范围控制的要求,监控方便,可靠性好。
Siemens S7-300 PLC is used as the core function,King View 6.55 software provides the upper monitoring function,PID(proportional-integral-differential)table and PDs(proportional-differential)table are combined to control the PH of sewage neutralization tank in an appropriate range.This paper introduces the control system structure,PH control principle and control mode in detail.The designed system satisfies the requirements of PH control in neutralization tank of sewage treatment plant in the corresponding range.It is convenient to monitor and has good reliability.It basically solves the key technical problems in wastewater treatment process with good control effect and high degree of automation.
