摘要
采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定污水中的硫化物,使用202.6nm波长,方法的检出限为0.005mg/L,测定下限0.020mg/L,测定上限2.0mg/L。水样加标回收率为91.8%~106%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.6%~3.1%。实验表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度好、操作简便,适用于污水中硫化物分析要求。
A method was established for detecting sulfides in sewage samples by gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry.The detection limits is 0.005 mg/L,the lower limit was 0.020 mg/L and the upper limit was 2.0 mg/L.The recovery rates is ranged between 91.8%to 106%and the precision is 0.6%to1.38%RSD(n=6).The results showed that this method is sensitive,accurate,simple,also suitable for the determination of sulfides in sewage.
