摘要
利用高温熔融法制备锌硼硅玻璃,通过红外光谱、线膨胀系数的测定、粒径分布范围的确定、耐酸碱腐蚀性的定性分析等讨论了不同ZnO含量锌硼硅玻璃的网络结构、热学性能、化学稳定性等。并利用扫描电子显微镜和X-射线能谱仪等手段表征了锌硼硅低熔点玻璃粉体的形貌、成分。
Zinc borosilicate glass was prepared by high temperature melting method.The network structure,thermal properties,and chemical stability of zinc borosilicate glass with different ZnO content were discussed by infrared spectroscopy,determination of linear expansion coefficient,determination of particle size distribution range,and qualitative analysis of acid-resistant alkali corrosion.The morphology and composition of zinc borosilicon low-melting glass powder were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer.
